Dr. My name is Ernő Dittrich. Spiritually, I came from a very deep place, but since I live a happy, successful, healthy and balanced life, my most important goal is to help others find this wonderful state. During my 21 years of self-development and helping others, I developed a system that I named the É.LET method. LIFE, formed from the abbreviation of the words Life Supporter, Soul, Mind, Body, is what I now live in deep respect for. LIFE in capital letters is happiness itself, but life in small letters is something else, which unfortunately characterizes most of us in our distorted society. You also came to the planet called Earth to live your capital LIFE!

Ezen az elvonuláson az ÉLET módszer, a japán ZEN, a kínai CHAN, és Dr Dittrich Ernő megvilágosodás élményeiből keletkezett gyakorlati technikákból kialakult tudáscsomag kerül átadásra és begyakorlásra. Az elvonulók egy hetes szótlansági csendfogadalom mellett váltott ülő és sétáló meditációkon keresztül szerzik meg és gyakorolják be a szükséges technikákat. A technikák célja az idegrendszer által elbírható legmagasabb rezgésszint megtapasztalása, a belső csend elérése és megtartása, és az ébredés különböző szintjeihez tartozó áttörő élmények megélése. Az elvonulás során vegán étkezés, csak forrásvíz fogyasztása kötelező, végig erdőben leszünk időjárástól függetlenül, és kizárólag aludni és étkezni megyünk be egy kulcsosházba.

- body-soul-mind and consciousness relationship system and its importance for your life
- the functioning and types of the ego - defining your own ego
- the basic principles of the Life Method, which you can use to improve your life
With the help of the course, you will see your life, your human relationships, and your problems from a different perspective, and thus you will start on the path of change. Completion of the other Life Method courses requires the completion of this foundation course or the careful reading of the book "Life Method I. - The Book of Understanding Your Life".
